Nestled in the southeast corner of Putnam County, the village of Brewster was founded in 1894 and is called the “Hub of the Harlem Valley.” This historic community – named for landowners Walter and James Brewster – is just an hour north of New York City and home to more than 2,000 residents who are connected to the Big Apple via the Metro North commuter railroad line. While technically a village within the town of Southeast, Brewster’s charming small town feel sets is it apart as a distinct destination for people looking for shelter from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) provides disability benefits to persons who are unable to work for one year or more due to a physical or mental impairment or combination thereof. In order to obtain benefits, a person must file a claim with the SSA including the necessary documentation and other evidence showing that the person is disabled and unable to work as a result.
Unlike many other disability practices, we are attorneys, not merely client advocates. That means that we understand how the opposing attorneys and judges think, how they will analyze and approach your claim and how we can prepare the strongest possible claim for you. We are so confident in our abilities that in Social Security Disability cases, we will not charge you a fee unless we win your case.
